As a Player Development Specialist you will train, develop and market baseball players of all ages and all skill levels.  The goal of a Player Development Specialist is to improve the skills of the student-athletes utilizing the U.S. Baseball School proprietary teaching methodologies and help them to gain college and professional exposure.  All U.S. Baseball School PDS’s will have to become certified through our comprehensive training and certification program.

Qualifications

We are looking for exemplary individuals that possess strong business acumen and a passionate desire to drive our student-athletes success.  We are looking for people who are able to work well utilizing a structured, scientific based approach to teaching and marketing.  Our ideal candidate will be extremely motivated with a successful background in baseball and business.  In addition, understanding the needs of the student-athlete and matching them with U.S. Baseball School’s capabilities is a requirement.  A Bachelors Degree is preferred.  As a condition of being a Player Development Specialist with U.S. Baseball School, the final candidates will have to pass a background check.  All PDS’s will be required to purchase or own certain baseball related tools in order to perform 100% of the job responsibilities.
